We’re Hiring!
Red Bird Mental Health is growing, and we are excited to welcome passionate, creative, and caring counselors who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our clients. We specialize in trauma-informed care, and while experience in treating trauma is a bonus, it’s not required. We offer extensive training, a supportive community, and ongoing supervision to help our clinicians grow, thrive, and feel confident in their roles.
We provide supervision towards licensure (Licensed Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW) and cover the cost and time for training in empirically based treatments, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as play, art, and mindfulness therapies.
We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time licensed or license-eligible clinicians. Full-time team members enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage, paid time off (PTO), major holidays, retirement options, hybrid work arrangements (telehealth and in-office), and flexible schedules to support work-life balance.
Our practice is dedicated to serving children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. If you have a heart for working with young people and are excited to provide compassionate care in our Drums and/or Wilkes-Barre office, we would love to hear from you.
