I’m Katelyn, a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a passion for supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Misericordia University and my Master of Social Work from Tulane University, specializing in Mental Health, Addictions, and Family Studies.
Therapeutic Approach:
I believe that meaningful therapy begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood. My client-centered approach focuses on building a trusting and collaborative relationship where clients feel respected, supported, and empowered to be an active part of their therapeutic journey. I strive to meet each client where they are while creating a space where they can explore their experiences, build new skills, and work toward the changes they hope to make.
Client Population:
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals and families across the lifespan, including military families and veterans, individuals experiencing complex trauma, couples, and children. These experiences have allowed me to develop a well-rounded clinical perspective and a deeper understanding of the unique experiences, strengths, and challenges that each person brings to therapy.
A Little About Me:
I am passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, navigate difficult seasons, and develop the confidence and tools they need to create meaningful, lasting change. I feel honored to walk alongside clients and families as they grow, heal, and work toward a greater sense of connection and well-being.
