Biography
Hello, my name is Clair, and I am a licensed social worker with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. Since beginning my career in 2016, I have worked primarily with survivors of domestic and sexual violence, drawing on extensive training through PCAR and PCADV as a counselor and advocate for these populations. Currently, I am expanding my skills through training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

My ultimate goal is to help individuals cultivate a positive sense of self, gaining confidence in their ability to navigate life’s challenges.

- I specialize in working with individuals aged 13 and older, providing compassionate and tailored support to help clients navigate life’s challenges. While I have experience working with the geriatric population, my passion lies in supporting young adults as they transition through pivotal stages of life. I also deeply value the meaningful connections I have built with middle-aged clients, fostering a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship. My approach is client-centered, ensuring that each individual receives personalized care to promote growth, resilience, and well-being.
Hobbies and Interests

- Outside of work, I find relaxation in reading fiction and memoirs, playing games, decorating my home, and spending time with my many animals. I’m also a big fan of Harry Potter, Taylor Swift, and Marvel!
